2020 Vintage Pinot Noir

Complex aromas of leaf litter and earth, mushroom and cured meats, all wrapped up in a core of blood plum. The generous palate has dark fruits and black tea characters with leather and spice, culminating in a long layered and savoury finish. Slow roasted shanks would be perfect with this blend.
